ERA™ Workshop

We will come to your facility and conduct a three-day Strategic Enterprise Re-Architecting (ERA™) session with your management team. Main modules of the workshop will include:

Create SBU Strategic Plan – Develop an executive-level strategic plan for the transformation of a strategic business unit (SBU) that you select, within your enterprise.

Demonstrate Enterprise Operational Principles – Provide executive level training with simulation exercises to demonstrate enterprise operational principles using push, pull, and optimize (integrated) case studies. Exercises include a financial and operational performance assessment and evaluation tasks.

Teach Architecting Process – A simulation exercise will be used to teach the architecting process using the simulation exercises described above. The exercise will factor in each of the three elements of the ERA™ process: Enterprise Architecting (EA), Organizational Design (OD), and Systems Engineering (SE).
